$500--40'X20'
**Your company will receive 12 weekend passes
$250--20'X20'
**Your company will receive 6 weekend passes
$150--10'X10'
Your company will receive 4 weekend passes
$75--Trophy Sponsor
**Your company will receive 2 weekend passes
**You will receive your company's name on one class of trophies, (3) and will be announced during the awards ceremony.
$350--Food/Concession Vendor
**Your company will receive 8 weekend passes.
**Food vendors are responsible for getting in contact with the Health Dept. Any food vendor that signs this agreement gives up responsibility to Animated Attractions and all of its affiliates for any conflicts dealing with the Pitt County Health Dept. Their phone number is 252-902-2300

Anything that is over 40' will be subject to a fee of $100 per 10'. Spaces ARE NOT reserved/ You HAVE to pay atleast half of your vendor fee, before coming into the show. If you just "show up" you may be without a vendor space.

ALL VENDORS MUST BE AT FAIRGROUNDS NO LATER THAN 8AM, ON SATURDAY, APRIL 26TH 2008.
